The SASWELL SAS922B is a touch-screen **smart fan coil thermostat**, designed to provide precise and energy-efficient indoor climate control. By comparing room temperature with the setpoint, it controls fan coils, motorized valves, dampers, and heating/cooling equipment to maintain optimal comfort.
The SAS922B supports LoRaWAN® wireless networking, enabling centralized remote management and seamless integration with gateways and third-party IoT platforms. It can also be linked with smart devices such as door/window sensors or occupancy sensors for scene-based control. Widely used in **offices, shopping malls, hotels, campuses, factories, hospitals, and educational facilities.

Two versions available: supports 2-pipe fan coil systems, 3-speed fan control, and valve control (ON/OFF or 0-10V proportional).
Room card linkage: automatically turns HVAC on/off based on room occupancy.
Fresh air linkage: integrates with ventilation equipment.
Scene control: connects with sensors (e.g. door/window, occupancy) for smart automation.
Programmable scheduling: 7-day, 6-period/day programming for temperature & time.
Billing function: supports centralized metering and billing via networking.
External NTC probe option for flexible temperature sensing.
High-accuracy control: ±0.5°C precise adjustment.
Power-off memory: restores last settings after power recovery.
Easy installation: fits standard 86mm or EU 60mm back boxes.
