The SA905-VB10 is a breakthrough Cost-Effective PICV for HVAC. It achieves up to 50% cost savings by integrating the Dynamic Balancing Valve with a smart 0-10V Modulating Actuator. Providing Pressure Independent Control up to 400 Kpa max differential pressure (Rated 2.5MPa), it ensures accuracy. The Bluetooth Configurable App allows technicians to use Auto-Zero Calibration and select flow characteristics, significantly reducing commissioning time. Supporting Dual Voltage, it integrates seamlessly with all BAS/DDC systems.

Our SA905-VB10 PICV has excellent pressure resistance. It can withstand a high differential pressure up to 400 Kpa (4 Bar). This ensures that the valve maintains precise Pressure Independent Control and stable flow, even under severe pressure fluctuations in complex HVAC systems.
The Maximum Operating Differential Pressure (ΔP max) is 400Kpa (4 Bar). This is the upper limit for the valve to guarantee Pressure Independent Control. The valve body's Maximum Rated Pressure is 2.5MPa (PN25), ensuring structural safety.
Auto-Zero Self Calibration is a core smart function of the SA905-V actuator. After mounting, the actuator automatically runs a full stroke to precisely identify the valve's open and closed positions. This eliminates tedious manual stroke settings, significantly reduces on-site commissioning time, and improves installation efficiency.
You can easily switch the flow characteristic using our E-Control mobile App (via Bluetooth connection). Users can select the valve's operational curve on the App interface, changing it from the default Linear to Equal-Percentage to suit different load requirements. All configurations can be done remotely through the App, eliminating the need for physical operation.
The SA905-V actuator covers common power requirements through two models (SA905-V(24V) and SA905-V(220V)). We offer choices for 24V (AC/DC) and 100~240VAC models. Customers can flexibly select the model based on their project's power configuration during procurement, maximizing system compatibility.
The SA905-VB10 offers excellent compatibility. The actuator uses a standard 0-10VDC control signal, which is the universal standard for all mainstream BAS/DDC Building Automation Systems. Therefore, it is perfectly compatible and seamlessly integrates with any controller supporting standard analog output signals.
M30×1.5 is one of the most common valve connection standards in the European and Asian HVAC industries, offering high universality. The actuator uses a brass threaded coupling and only requires hand-tightening. Please note: Do not overtighten or use a wrench, as this may damage the actuator and void the warranty.
