Product Description

The Auto Balancing Actuator is a unique motorized actuator designed especially for underfloor heating systems. It features built-in automatic balancing control to ensure each waterway is always correctly balanced and that hot and cold spots in the system are no longer an issue. It can be used with new installations or retrofitted onto existing systems to quickly balance them even when the pipe lengths are unknown.

The Auto Balancing Actuator modulates the valve opening to maintain a constant temperature difference resulting in a uniform temperature across the floor surface.

Stepper motor replaces wax core for precise and quicker temperature adjustments.

Actuation time: 150 seconds to open, 30 seconds to close

Smart app control for maintenance and compatibility

Monitor real-time supply/return temperatures, ΔT(Cooling/Heating), and valve position via “E-Control”app. Access 24-hour temperature history for quick troubleshooting. Bluetooth-enabled parameter adjustment ensures compatibility with fan coil units, radiators, and other non-floor heating terminals.
