Modern residential projects increasingly require smart zoning and App-based control as standard features. Conventional solutions often rely on installing a WiFi thermostat in every room, increasing hardware investment, network dependency, and commissioning complexity.

This solution eliminates multiple WiFi endpoints through a shared-connectivity architecture. Built around the SAS931WCH (wired BUS) and SAS936WCH (wireless Zigbee) multi-zone control kits, it delivers whole-building App access, automatic heating/cooling synchronization, and dependable communication --- with the flexibility to choose wired or wireless based on project requirements.

Single-Master WiFi Architecture

One WiFi-enabled Master thermostat provides App connectivity for the entire system. Slave thermostats (wired BUS or wireless Zigbee) maintain independent room-level control without requiring their own WiFi modules — reducing hardware cost and network complexity.

Dual Deployment Options — Wired or Wireless

The same smart zoning logic can be deployed via wired BUS (SAS931WCH) for new construction or via wireless Zigbee (SAS936WCH) for retrofit projects. Both deliver identical user experience, supporting up to 8 thermostats and 8 zones.

Automatic System-Wide Synchronization

When a changeover is initiated, synchronization commands propagate automatically across all zones via PLC BUS or Zigbee — ensuring consistent system behavior throughout the building without manual intervention.
