Product Overview

The SAS922BFCH FCU & UFH 2-in-1 Radiant Thermostat is designed for mixed-terminal systems, seamlessly bridging fan coil units (FCU) and underfloor heating (UFH). Part of the WCH Series Radiant Thermostats, it executes hardware-level logic to manage 2-pipe heat pump changeovers, eliminating thermal conflicts between air and floor loops. By unifying both terminals into a single panel, it removes the need for redundant wall interfaces while providing active dew-point protection and multi-zone control during cooling operations.

Integrated FCU & UFH 2-in-1 Control

Hardware-Level Mode Switching

Monitors indoor temperature and humidity; automatically adjusts or closes chilled water valve near dew point to prevent condensation on fan coil units or radiant floor surfaces during cooling operation. Optional external humidity sensor.
Installer Menu with Parameter Lock

Isolates deadbands, calibration offsets, and setpoint limits within a password-protected menu. Secures engineered hydronic balance settings against unauthorized tampering.

It applies to 2-pipe or 4-pipe hydronic configurations in villas, apartments, and hotels, synchronizing air and radiant terminals under a single interface per zone. The SAS922BFCH is the core control platform within the Hybrid Radiant + FCU Control Solution, responsible for integrated fan coil and underfloor heating management with intelligent changeover logic

FAQ

The SAS965FCH features standard RS485 Modbus RTU connectivity. Connect the RS485 A/B terminals to your BMS network, and configure the Modbus parameters (baud rate, parity, slave ID) through the thermostat settings menu. Refer to the Modbus integration guide for register mapping.

Wi-Fi setup is accessible from the network settings menu. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, enter credentials, and the thermostat will connect. The connection status is displayed on the home screen. Remote access via Tuya/Smart Life is available once connected.

UI customization (boot logo, color theme, layout) is available through our OEM/ODM service channel. Submit your brand assets and requirements — we deliver customized firmware within 7 days for verified B2B partners.

480×480 pixels on a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen with clear iconography and switchable light/dark themes. Designed for easy readability and intuitive operation.

The SAS965FCH supports Modbus RTU and optional Wi-Fi. Zigbee is available on the SAS922BFCH (Hybrid) platform. Please select the appropriate model for your connectivity requirements.

The capacitive touchscreen is factory-calibrated and should not require recalibration under normal use. If calibration is needed, access the installer menu and follow the on-screen calibration steps.
