The SAS931XWCH Wired UFH System is the stable, high-efficiency solution for multi-zone hydronic control. It significantly simplifies new build wiring by utilizing a unique low-voltage 2-wire non-polarity connection and a magnetic panel design for quick installation. Fully compatible with heat pump cooling/boiler heating, and controlling up to 8 UFH zones, this kit combines the high stability of wired control with remarkable installation convenience, making it ideal for high-standard residential projects.

2-Wire Low-Voltage Bus

Thermostat uses low-voltage DC12-18V power, requiring only two non-polarity wires between the thermostat and the wiring centre.
Magnetic Panel Design

Thermostat uses a magnetic mounting method, allowing for quick, tool-free installation and flexible disassembly for maintenance.
8-Zone UFH Control

Wiring centre manages up to 8 thermostats and 12 loops, achieving precise room-by-room temperature control.

Connection between Thermostat and Wiring Center

The Wiring Center is powered by Line voltage and the thermostat is powered by 12VAC low-voltage which comes from the wiring center. Only 2 wires are needed to connect the wiring center and the thermostat. The 2 wires are no polarity.

System Structure and Integration

This wired UFH system is a multi-zone control solution designed for heat pump and boiler systems, centered around the SCU211-BUS Wiring Centre. The centre connects up to 8 thermostats (1 Master + 7 Slave) and manages a maximum of 12 UFH groups. Thermostats utilize a unique low-voltage 2-wire BUS connection (12-18V non-polarity) to the wiring centre, which greatly simplifies wiring while maintaining the stability of a wired system. The master thermostat features a built-in WIFI module, enabling all slave thermostats to automatically synchronize for App remote control, offering stable and convenient multi-zone smart management for new residences.

One wiring center can wiring Maximum 8 thermostats. Each of the first 4 thermostat can control 2 Actuators, 8 thermostat can control maximum 12 Loops.

Support Heat/Cool changeover

Heat/Cool changeover can be set by Master or Heat pump.

Auto-Sync Function

Heat or Cool mode could be set by master thermostat or heat pump. All slave thermostat will automatically be Sync with the master setting.
