SCU209 8-Zone Wiring Center

8 independent channels for bedrooms, living areas, and home offices. Each zone can be assigned to separate loops. Channels can be reconfigured for future room layout changes without adding extra wiring hubs.

Available in hardwired (Wired) and RF wireless (Wireless) variants. Wired model supports pre-routed cables in new construction, with full physical immunity to interference. Wireless model uses a high-frequency anti-interference protocol and requires no wall-chasing, suitable for retrofits and simplified installation.

Terminal blocks provide connections for circulating pumps, valves, thermal actuators, room thermostats, hot water timers, and volt-free boiler interlocks. The interface supports various system configurations and boiler switching voltages.

Dynamic signal prioritization logic manages multi-channel heat calls. When multiple zones demand heat simultaneously, the wiring center coordinates actuator response times and fluid distribution, preventing pressure drops across manifolds.

Isolated volt-free (Dry Contact) output terminal interlocks with gas boilers, heat sources, and circulation pumps. The unit sends start/stop signals to the heat source only when at least one zone calls for heat and its corresponding valve is fully open, preventing dry running and short-cycling.

DIN-rail compliant enclosure fits standard electrical distribution boxes and HVAC control cabinets. Screwless quick-fit structure.
